DJ Chabot

DJ Chabot brings something rare to real estate — 30 years of genuine hospitality. Before earning his license in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts, DJ spent three decades as a restaurant manager, chef, and bartender, mastering the art of making people feel at home. A UNH Hotel and Restaurant Management grad, he built his career on attentiveness, trust, and personal service.

Today, DJ specializes in single family homes across Sullivan County, NH and Windsor County, VT, working alongside his family at Town & Country Associates. He serves as Secretary of the Greater Claremont Board of Realtors and on the Board of Directors for the Claremont Kiwanis Club — because to DJ, being a great realtor means being a great neighbor.

When he's not helping clients, you'll find him singing everything from Sinatra to Billy Joel, out on the golf course, the ski slopes, or the pickleball and tennis courts — living the same community life he helps his clients find.
